In iouiou, you can buy as a registered customer.
The registration is easy and your data will be saved for future purchases.
If you buy as a guest, you will find the details of your order or the purchase confirmation email.
It is easy to buy at iouoiu.pt just follow these steps:
Choose the product (hoodies & Sweatshirts, T-shirts & Tops, etc.), the size and color / pattern.
Check the products that interest you: you can click on the photo of the article to zoom in the image and access all the information regarding: composition, care, availability sizes, color, reference and price.
Select the item, choose the color, size and add your shopping bag. After you can choose in continue shopping or complete your order.
If you want to continue shopping, repeat the process of choosing products. If you choose to place your order, you can access your shopping bag and confirm your chosen products. If there is an error, you can simply remove the item from the shopping bag.
If you want to process your request, you must register or you can start the session as guest user.
After entering your data and validating that they are correct, select the confirmation button.
All purchases made on iouiou.pt are sent by a specialized courier so that the customer iouiou obtains his request quickly and safely.
We recommend that you choose the delivery address from where the major part of the day (for example, place of work).
Select a payment method: Multibanco, MbWay, Amazon Pay or Paypal
Check that all the order information is correct and finalize your order.
You will receive an email with a confirmation of your order.
Otherwise, the costs are borne by the customer.

The shipment of your order is done through a specialized carrier, guaranteeing its delivery within the agreed period, to an address of your choice.
We advise you to choose a delivery address at the place where you spend most of the day (eg work place) to facilitate delivery by the carrier.
After complete your order you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Than, after your order leave from the warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with shipment details of your order.
This second e-mail will contain a tracking number and the link to the carrier's web page, which allows you to track your order.
You can also track your order in your customer area.
If you selected shipping to the store, we will inform you by email as soon as your order arrives to the selected store.
You have a maximum period of 15 days to collect your purchase. In this case, there is no need to queue. Ask our store staff directly and pick up your order, showing your ID.
Once you have completed your purchase it is not possible to make changes.
You can wait to receive your order and exchange at a iouiou store near you or cancel your order and place a new order.
If you have already received the order, you will have to return it and place a new order with the desired size.

Customs duties and taxes
In the case of orders to countries outside the E.U., they may be charged customs import duties at the time the order is received in their country of destination.
These fees must be paid by order of the recipient.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and can not say what the appropriate cost, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
You will have at your disposal the following payment methods: Multibanco, MBWAY, Amazon Pay and Paypal.
You can also pay using Paypal.
The charge is made at the time of placing the order.
For security reasons, we advise you not to include your card number in communications via e-mail.
iouiou invoices are always sent together with the order, which is the valid document as a receipt.
The payment is made in the validation of the order, if this does not occur the order is not considered valid.
You can return your iouiou item within 90 days of placing your order.
The iouiou item must be in the same condition in which you received it, with no apparent signs of use, correctly labeled and in its original packaging.
iouiou reserves the right to refuse late returns if the garments are not in the same condition in which they were sent and / or if they are not in accordance with our return conditions.

The refund of the value of the item is made through an exchange voucher for use in a new purchase valid for 180 days.
This voucher can be used online or in physical stores.
For iouiou orders:
You must start the return process in the online store through your personal area.
Log in with your username and password. From the order detail, you can request the return.
If you have placed an order as a guest and wish to return an item, you must contact our Customer Service via email: email@example.com

The article must be in the same condition in which it was received, with no apparent signs of use, correctly labeled and in its original packaging.
The value of the order will be returned to you by the same payment method within 14 days after receiving the item (s).
Transport costs are borne by the customer.
*Exclusive to returns in store
When making a return in store, the refund of your item is made through an exchange voucher to use in a new purchase with a validity of 180 days.
This voucher can be used online or in physical stores.
You can exchange an item purchased on our website only at one of our iouiou stores, within 90 days of receiving your order.
The exchange will be possible as long as it is an exchange for the same item (the same reference number), by color and / or size, is in perfect condition and the store has the item in stock.
If you prefer to exchange for a different piece of clothing, you must request a return and make a new purchase.
Note: For hygiene reasons, exchanges or returns of underwear or used items are not accepted.
